The CG Internship Programme

The CG summer internship programme, which is designed for university students and recent graduates aspiring to enter the insurance industry. This in-person programme offers a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of insurance. Running from June to August, it includes a comprehensive curriculum with a group-wide project, localised projects, and activities tailored to specific focus areas. Selected interns can participate in career and networking activities, including team building, community service, mentorship assignments, professional skills training, and on-the-job coaching.

Who can apply

To qualify, applicants must be citizens of the country they are applying to, currently enrolled in a fully accredited degree program, or have graduated no earlier than October of the year prior to the programme. Required documents include an academic transcript, resume, professional reference, and proof of citizenship. Countries in which the internship programme is available are: The Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman, Barbados & Trinidad & Tobago.
